We use targeted placements rather than broadcast spraying indoors, tell you which areas to keep clear and for how long (usually two to four hours for interior work), and we always choose baits over sprays where children and animals are present.

For a specific active problem, one treatment plus follow-up is often enough. For ongoing prevention on the Gulf Coast, quarterly genuinely is the right interval — we have no winter freeze to reset the population, so pressure from surrounding land is constant all year.

Yes, but not by spraying baseboards — that scatters them and makes it worse. German roaches breed indoors, so it takes gel baiting plus an insect growth regulator to break the reproductive cycle, along with sanitation changes. Expect two to three visits over six weeks for a genuine clearance.
